Our annual Super Bowl Squares fundraiser is BACK! We created a board with a 10x10 grid of squares --100 total, and are "selling" them for $20/square. $10 will go to our adoption fund, and the other $10 will be put in the pot for four winners! Each row and column will be randomly assigned a number from 0 to 9 before Super Bowl LVIII on February 11, 2024. Based on the score of the game each quarter, we'll give away $100, $200, $300, and $400 -- for a total of $1,000!

We partnered with CauseTeam to create t-shirts and hoodies to sell to help with our adoption expenses! We are required to pay a $2,500 "Homestudy Fee" before moving on to the next step of our adoption. 40% of shirt sales went toward this fee to help us move forward with our adoption process. #LoveMakesAFamily

Everyone seemed to LOVE Super Bowl Squares, so we decided to bring it back sooner! We played Squares again for the Iowa vs. Iowa State game on September 11, 2021. We created a board with a 10x10 grid of squares --100 total, and sold them for $20/square. Each row and column was randomly assigned a number from 0 to 9 before the game. Based on the score of the game each quarter, four winners won $1,000 total... though all of the winners donated winnings back to us!

If you are interested in supporting our adoption fund, you may donate online through AdoptTogether (similar to GoFundMe, but specifically for adoptions!). All funds are guaranteed to be used for adoption expenses. To withdraw funds, we must submit receipts to prove the funds are used as intended. AdoptTogether is a registered nonprofit, so all donations are tax-deductible!

Can you believe over 600 million shoes go into landfills in the U.S. every year?! To combat this unnecessary waste, we partnered with a really cool fundraising company to collect new and gently used shoes in exchange for funds for our adoption!

We celebrated the NCAA men's basketball tournament with a fun March Madness bracket challenge.​ Entrants paid a $10 donation. 50% of all donations went toward our adoption fund and 50% was placed in the winner's pot! 1st place won 70% of the winner's pot, 2nd place won 20%, and 3rd place won 10%.​

We made a puzzle with one of our favorite Harry Potter quotes, and our family helped us piece it together! We then wrote the names of all who adopted puzzle pieces on the back of the puzzle. We will hang it in our future kiddo's room so that they can see the names of all of the people who love them in their forever family!
