What is Super Bowl Squares?
We created a board with a 10x10 grid of squares --100 total. Each row and column were randomly assigned a number from 0 to 9 before the game on Sunday, February 7, 2021.
Each square of the grid was claimed for a $20 donation. At the end of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarter, the last digit of each NFL teams' score was compared to the grid to determine the winner for that quarter!
Example: If the Super Bowl score at the end of the first quarter was Chiefs 14, and Buccaneers 3, the last number for the Chiefs is 4 and the last number for the Bucs is 3. The square on the grid that has the Chiefs number 4, and Bucs number 3 wins
*As of Friday, February 5, all 100 squares were claimed!! Thank you all for entering!
Quarter 1 - Tessa Stocker won $100
Quarter 2 - Terri Spidell won $200
Quarter 3 - Thad Spidell won $300
Quarter 4 - also Thad Spidell won $400
We were so surprised that the winners donated their winnings back to us! All funds collected were put toward our adoption costs 💜
